What profound joy it is.
To move from the selfish mind.
To realise the true us isn’t this.
That the spiritual essence, we can find.

We can be the mind’s watcher.
We can be part of something whole.
No longer just the mind’s lodger.
And reach our spiritual goal.

But first we have to do less thinking.
And more accepting.
