Do not be afraid, but go on speaking.
And do not be silent.
I find these words to Paul encouraging.
And it keeps me going for the moment.

I am with you.
I have many who are my people.
No one will attack you to harm you.
No need to be feeble.

After this Paul stayed.
Many days longer.
Like him our fears are laid.
And we are spiritually fitter.

Like him we travel.
And we marvel.

And do not be too silent
For I am with you
