Because of one man’s trespass.
Death reigned.
But we have the mass.
Here nothing is feigned.

One trespass led to condemnation.
One act of righteousness leads to justification.
And hopefully our own action.
And our foundation.

So keep your lamps burning.
Be like men waiting.
He is coming.
Let there be no doubts remaining.

Blessed are those servants whom the master finds awake.
And we too have to be awake.
