The waters of a river.
Give joy to God’s city.
We take heart downriver
In our own city.

The holy place.
The abode of the most high.
Held in God’s embrace.
In an eternal sweet tie.

God is a refuge and strength.
An ever present help in distress.
Ready for us to go any length.
Always for more and not for less.

So we shall not fear.
Or shed a tear.
