O stock of Jesse.
Who stand as a sign of the nations.
God exists, the translation of Jesse.
His son David, inspiration of nations.

Before whom kings fall silent.
Whom the peoples acclaim.
Our faith keeps us resilient.
Surely our hopes are not lame.

I sat alone in the church silent.
What was this together joyful feeling.
Why did I feel more resilient.
Was I closer  to heaven and earth’s ceiling.

Come stock of Jesse to us.
Deliver us.
