Whoever will save his life.
Will lose it.
Doubt is rife.
Yet an eternal candle is lit.

But whoever loses his life for my sake.
Will save it.
Read , understand , wake.
Be spiritual and fit.

For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world.
And loses his soul.
This is not the final world.
One day we will be whole.

Our life is passing.
Yet we will go on living.……

If you save your life
Then surely you will lose it
So think of the next
