The sons of the world are more shrewd in dealing.
With their own generation than the sons of light.
Yet here is a lord of understanding.
About own dimmed spiritual insight.

The steward is dishonest.
But is he such a bad man.
Really are we always entirely honest.
Are we such a good woman or man.

We sing our own tuneless song.

We falter yet we rub along.
