Rejoice in the Lord always, semper.

In the Lord we feel love.
Above all joy.
To all men love.
And in our life joy.

Was John in despair.
As he languished in prison.
Was he gripped by fear.
Then in joy he heard Jesus’ lesson.

Hard times and doubt come for all of us.
But in hope and faith we will have joy.
