Anyone who keeps my commandments and keeps them.
Will be the one who loves Me.
But can I keep all these commandments and find this hidden gem?
Is this the only way to love him and reach this apogee?
The task is too hard.
The way too difficult, my will too faint.
I can only give love’s sliver of a shard.
Not be a saint.
But He says anyone who loves Me will be loved by the Father.
And I shall love him and show myself to him.
But how can I know this and don love’s armour?
In God I must just trust, the cup full to the brim.
So are actions and words not enough, a mere toiling wraith?
Is love the only way to true faith?
