You will see heaven laid open.
And above the Son of Man, the angels ascending and descending.
Our dreams need never be broken.
We can come to terms with our ending.

We need not fear our end.
We will either be on the ladder.
Or we will be oblivious to our end.
We will certainly not be sadder.

I keep praying.
That I may believe that I too might touch the ladder.
So far no vision is appearing.
I will just have to accept being sadder.

But we live in hope.
And never say nope.
