Anyone who wants to save his life.
Will lose it .
We cannot avoid strife.
We are always in grit.
But anyone who loses his life for my sake.
And for the sake of the Gospel will save it.
Much is at stake .
But all is in holy writ.
What gain is it then for a man to gain the whole world.
And ruin his life.
Salvation away hurled.
And hope of afterlife.
What can a man offer in exchange for his life.
To truly understand this might take our entire life.
