From all my terrors.
The Lord set me free.
We all have these quiet terrors.
We beg to be set free.

There is only one thing to do.
Realise these problems pass.
Our joys are many , serious problems really are few.
We live and love even though not top of the class.

And of course we can pray.
We can stay in this moment.
What the future brings who can say.
But all that really matters is this moment.

So be spiritual.
And hopeful.
