The kingdom of heaven.
Is like treasure hidden in a field.
Which a man found as in heaven.
In his joy, he sells all and buys that field.

Have we found our pearl of great value.
Have we sold everything and bought it.
Is it the eternal that we value.
Have we valued it.

What else matters.
The rest is dross.
That dies and scatters.
With no great loss.

We are searching for now that field.
And wondering what of the forever it will yield.
