If anyone would come after me
Let him deny himself.
Take up his cross and follow me.
Forgetting the ego self.

For whoever would save his life.
Will lose it.
But whoever for my sake loses his life.
Will find it.

The choice is a simple one.
Do we think of ourselves .
Or of the one.
And so forget ourselves.

A simple choice.
But an almost next to impossible choice.
