O Lord, how I love your law.
My meditation all the day.
How do we return to our true core.
Searching that elusive spiritual ray.

It is in meditation.
In quietness.
Resisting the mind’s churning temptation.
Asking not for more but less.

What is the law.
It is the love of life.
Not looking for a flaw.
Or fearing the afterlife.

We are just here.
Have no fear, we will be there.
