The word of God is active and living.
Discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
Thus we are striving.
For a new start.

But we question.
And falter.
Despite every good intention.
Our faith hits a stutter.

We pray for faith.
But we doubt.
Belief on a summer morning a vanishing wraith.
Hitting spiritual drought.

Holy Spirit.
Let me believe despite my lack of merit.
