Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners.
Christ meant to make me evidence of his inexhaustible patience.
Yes, more often than not , we are not winners.
But we know we are in his presence.

We often despair.
But if you trust the Memorare.
It is such a soothing prayer.
Answering every cry and say.

Never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection.
Or implored thy help, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence,  I fly to thy protection.

By this prayer am I persuaded.

So we stand before the virgin sorrowful.
But , at Walsingham, even more hopeful.
