Monday of Week 25 in Ordinary Time

Those who are well have no need of a physician.
But those who are sick.
Is religion a matter for a mathematician.
A rational argument needing a positive tick.

I sat in the church alone .
And an overwhelming presence filled me.
No need to rationalise , question or atone.
Here I was immersed in a metaphysical sea.

He said, I came not to call the righteous.
But sinners.
Religion is not just for the religious.
But just as much for the searchers.
